UPDATE:

The First Seed Scholarship Application will be open for each of the 2012 Ten Days trips. Recipients will be determined for each trip individually. The application will remain open for applicants to continue to apply for trips later in the year. 

Results will be compiled and voted on for the remaining trips based on the following deadlines: 
Mumbai, India: May 31, 2012
Luila, D.R.of Congo: August 31, 2012
Chicago, Illinois: August 31, 2012
Kingston, Jamaica: August 31, 2012 

What trip can I use the scholarship money for?
The scholarship can be allocated towards any Ten Days North America (not Ten Days Asia; Ten Days Asia is based in Manilla, Philippines) mission experience in 2012. Please see the Trip Page for a list of our upcoming 2012 trips.   

Who is eligible for a scholarship?
Anyone who has not previously been on a Ten Days trip is eligible for a scholarship.  

How many scholarships are available?
There are still 5 scholarships available for 2012 trips. These remaining scholarships will be evenly distributed amongst the India, Jamaica, Congo, and Chicago trips. Each trip will have at least 1 scholarship awarded, some trips will have more than 1 depending on their size and cost. 

How much will my scholarship be?
All Ten Days trip scholarships will be $500.  

What do I need to do?
Please fill in all fields below to be considered as a recipient. Incomplete forms will not be eligible. 

When is the 2012 deadline?
Deadlines will be determined per trip. Please see above for deadlines for the remaining trips for 2012.  

How will I know if I won?
Scholarship recipients will be announced on the Ten Days website and notified via email once the committee votes. They have already been finalized for Johannesburg, Miami, Krakow, Fusagasuga, and Baja.
